We are operating this exclusive Do Dham Yatra on a per-seat basis. This yatra starts from Dehradun and covers two very important shrines: Badrinath and Kedarnath.

Itinerary

Day 0

• Stay at Dehradun (Hyatt Regency) with airport transfers

   

Day 1

• 12:30 – 13:15 → Sahastradhara (Dehradun) to Kedarnath by Helicopter

   

• 13:15 – 14:00 → Room check-in and lunch

   

• 14:00 – 16:00 → Optional trek to Bhairon Temple

   

• 16:00 – 18:30 → Rest in Hotel

   

• 18:30 – 19:15 → Attend evening Aarti from outside the temple

   

• 19:15 – 21:30 → Rest and Dinner

   

• Night Halt: Before Night Halt, Special Rudra Abhishek Puja inside the temple (Gayatri Sadan)

   

Day 2

• 09:00 – 10:00 → Breakfast at Kedarnath

   

• 10:00 – 12:30 → Rest in Hotel

   

• 12:30 – 13:00 → Proceed for Helipad

   

• 13:00 – 13:30 → Kedarnath to Badrinath (Via Sersi)

   

• 13:30 – 14:30 → Lunch at Badrinath

   

• 14:30 – 17:30 → Visit to Mana Village

   

• 17:30 – 19:30 → Rest in Hotel

   

• 19:30 – 20:30 → Dinner in Sarovar hotel

   

• 20:30 – 21:30 → Attend Special Shayan Aarti inside the Temple

   

• Night Halt: Stay in Sarovar Portico, Badrinath

   

Day 3

• 09:00 – 10:00 → Breakfast at Badrinath

   

• 10:00 – 13:00 → Rest in the room

   

• 13:00 – 14:00 → Fly back to Dehradun from Badrinath

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

✔ Only 4 kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted.
✔ Passengers should carry only handbags provided by Book Chardham as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
✔ Temples at both Dhams are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers with breathing problems should take advice from a doctor before undertaking this yatra.
✔ Passengers are advised to book evening flights/trains after 06 PM while returning from Dehradun. Due to weather/operational reasons, there might be a delay in reaching back to Dehradun.
✔ Although day temperatures are normal, it gets cold at night, so passengers must carry woolen clothes.
✔ Altitude: Kedarnath temple – 11,500 feet, Badrinath temple – 10,000 feet. Passengers may experience oxygen shortage, especially at Kedarnath. They should walk slowly and keep portable oxygen bottles in case of breathlessness.
✔ Kedarnath helipad to the temple is nearly 500 meters. On request (payable basis), Pithu (Shoulder Carriage) can be arranged for passengers unable to walk this distance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✔ Helicopters have strict weight restrictions at high altitudes. Passengers above 75 kgs will be charged ₹1500 per kg for every additional kg. However, if a group has an average weight of 75 kgs, extra charges will not apply.
✔ Only 4 kgs luggage per passenger is allowed.
✔ Passengers must mention their exact weight at the time of booking. If weight exceeds more than 2 kg at the time of travel, boarding will be denied, and no refund will be given.
✔ Helicopter timings may change due to operational or technical reasons.
✔ Extra Charges: Single occupancy room – ₹20,000 per person (inclusive of taxes).
✔ Children above 2 years will be charged full ticket price.
✔ Rescheduling (with 15+ days’ notice) requires a 30% cost payment. If requested within less than 15 days, it will be treated as a cancellation, and fresh booking will be subject to availability.

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Payment Terms:

• 50% advance deposit at booking.

   

• Remaining 50% due 7 days before arrival in Dehradun.

   

✔ Cancellation Charges:

• Up to 28 days before journey: ₹10,000 per person

   

• 28 to 14 days before journey: 25% of the package cost

   

• 14 to 7 days before journey: 50% of the package cost

   

• Less than 7 days before journey: 100% of the package cost

   

BAD WEATHER SITUATION

✔ If bad weather delays darshan, an extra day will be attempted. If unable to visit any Dham, 30% of the payment will be refunded.
✔ If bad weather extends the stay beyond 2 nights, passengers must pay for additional stay.
✔ Additional night stay cost: ₹8000 per person per night (twin sharing basis).
